What is the go to magazine extension for a Glock magazine to become long enough for a better grip before I draw the weapon from holster? I am having to reset my hand after pulling the weapon from concealment. I need a longer handle…
Longer than the extension that is already on the 10 round magazine? I carried a G30 for 25 years and always carried the 10 round in the gun and a 13 round spare. There used to be a piece that fit over the bottom of the 13 round magazine that made it feel like an extended grip for the G30 but I have long forgotten who made it. It made the gun feel like a G21 with a G30 slide length.

That is what I want. The current extension doesn’t drive my hand up. I want an extension that will force my hand higher on the grip after drawing the weapon from holster. I carry the 13 round magazines in my pocket for reload. I have thought of using the 13 round magazine with a sleeve
Check this one out. I don’t have personal experience with this particular one but looks like what you want.

thanks for the suggestion. I ordered one from Midway USA. Gonna try out some of the Pearce extensions. They look better than the Glock factory offering.

Let us know how they work out as I still carry my G30 occasionally. I’m thinking about just using it as a woods/camping gun.
If this goes well, I will send it off to get milled for front serrations and an optic cut. I agree with you. 45acp makes a valid outdoors cartridge

Just fitted the x grip onto the g21 magazines. I like it. Very comfortable in the hand and makes a concealed draw from 4:00 o’clock much easier with out repositioning my hand. A little expensive for what it is. I haven’t shot the pistol with one. But, I can’t imagine a problem with it.
Sounds good, I may have to try one myself.
