Looking at this g19 this guy has for sale , not worried about the price necessarily but how will all these mods affect the reliability ? I’m esp worried about the polished barrel, I’ve heard some not so hot things about them
The Heinie sights are a plus as long as, if they’re tritium, they’ve got some long life left in them. The rest of the stuff is better off in a competetion pistol in my opinion. It sounds like it can all be changed back without any fuss or a lot if money spent - if you can get it at a good price. I shot a couple of tricked out Glock 9mms this weekend, including a most exquisit custom build. While light triggers and internals are nice, I found that I could miss just as badly as I could with the box-stock M&P 9 I was using (Heinie sights on it).
