Glock 19 with LZU prefix, which puts the date of manufacture around April of 2008. Vickers mag release. Warren tactical 2 dot tritium sights.
Editing to add: I have no idea what the round count might be. I am a 1911 guy and rarely shoot Glocks. When I do shoot 9mm this glock shared time with another Glock 19 and a Glock 17 and a Glock 34. I would say round count is relatively low, but I guess that is subjective. Nevertheless, it is the best I can do.
