Ok, I have my Form 1 (2 copies) all filled out and signed and signed off by my CLEO. My pictures are attached. I have my fingerprint cards, I have my check for $200. Am I missing anything? Anything you recommend double checking so my paperwork doesn’t get kicked back? Just want to make sure I do it right the first time. Thanks.
Be sure to include a Cert of Compliance with your packet.

I thought the Certificate of Compliance was only needed with Trusts, not individuals?

Talked to ATF, you need to send in a Certificate of Compliance with every Form 1 or Form 4.
Who can sign this? Can I have a fellow Air Force Officer sign this?

You sign it, your stating and signing to the fact that you’re a US citizen.

If it were me I would not use the above older ones…
You are the only person that signs this. You are just saying that you are a US citizen. This goes with Individual and Trust people. Its not rocket science 
sorry, not trying to be difficult. just thought it was like most forms needing another person to sign off on it. otherwise what’s to stop an illegal from certifying themselves?
