Has anyone ever exchanged a Geissele product through the mail?
I sent a Mk14 up to North Wales to be exchanged and haven’t got any contact from Geissele yet. It was confirmed delivered by UPS about a week ago. Everything was done per their instructions on the Returns/Exchanges part of the website, and I included a letter with contact information and saying I’d like to exchange it for a DDC version. Also asked them to get in touch with me about covering the price difference.
I printed some email correspondence with Geissele about the return and included that too.
If you’ve exchanged something with Geissele in the past, did you get a confirmation of receipt of any sort from Geissele?
*Edit: I don’t mean to imply anything bad about Geissele’s CS; just anxious on this end.
SHOT show was last week. Tons of stuff grinds to a halt during that time. Give it a little while longer before you get concerned. Geissele is not known for poor CS.
Per ggammell’s suggestion, I’m going to assume that they’re unwinding from SHOT… They probably need a break from ringing phones. I’ll call them next week next week if I don’t get a response.
I get it that everyone needs instant gratification in 2018. In addition to wrapping up SHOT which seems to be the only show people focus on, they are also at the Great American Outdoor Show which is over a week long.
