I’m looking to put an Aimpoint T1 on a MP5 clone. I want the T1 red dot to be above the front sight hood. There are no measurements on the GDI mounts from ‘top of rail to center dot’. This mount also looks like it has a hole though it that you may still be able to use the factory iron sights. Any ideas what GDI mount will work with what I want to do? I plan on using a DL Sports HK MP5 Optic mount.
