Gas block screw question.

Not sure if this should be of concern or not so I’m asking. It might be hard to see at first but the bottom screw with the red locktite showing is set much deeper than the other one. Infact, I happened to be messing with a keymod rail section and I noticed it through the rail hole and thought the screw was missing completely. I looked closer and it appears the hex screw is there its just set in much deeper than the other one.

One screw is probably in the barrel dimple.

Normal. The rear screw recesses into the dimple on the barrel.

That makes sense. I literally thought there was no screw because it was set deep and was kinda gunked up with locktite until I examined it closely for a minute. Than my mind was spinning like, why is it so much deeper…

Not used to seeing set screw gas blocks.

Yep, looks fine.

It’s nice to see some loctite on that screw too.

That’s actually a good thing.
