Sony got hacked and your personal info is now in enemy hands. Considering you need a PSN account for just about everything, this affects pretty much every PS3 or PSP user out there. Nice one Sony. :rolleyes:

The bad part for me is that I’m not even much of a gamer. I play a little Black Ops, Need For Speed, and watch movies. This is a pretty high price for not much entertainment…

Lol. In 4 years this happened to PSN once. In 4 years it’s happened to XBL 3 times IIRC. My cousin has had his identity stolen due to XBL three* times.
I hope it goes back up soon.
*I think. I know the number is higher than two, and both times Microsoft refused to help him.
The word now is that CC numbers are safe, but they didn’t encrypt the personal info. I’m getting a new card anyway…
ETA: Strange email. Coincidence? I think not.
I just called Sony today, and they helped me change my PSN email, and other information. They’ve also verified that nobody has accessed my account or information or anything.
