G3 mags = CETME mags?

Is there any diff between G3 and CETME mags or are they interchangeable? Thanks.

My CETME will take G3 mags. Never tried a G3 with CETME mags.

Ok no expert in my guns (H&K 91 , G3S, and Century C.E.T.M.E) the mags will inter change and function. Although H&K to Century C.E.T.M.E can require some fitting / cutting of the stops integral to the mag.

I’ve got about a dozen of those real cheap surplus ex German military G3 mags…some look brand new and never used. All work perfectly in my CETME.
