Greg Rennicker, owner of Penn Station Guns & Ammo on Rt. 39 east of New Philadelphia, said what he’s been seeing is pretty much a normal fall business.
“But I’ve been hearing a lot of baloney,” Rennicker said, regarding high sales and relative shortages of the AR-15s. He said it might seem like a shortage, but he knows that warehouses normally have only five or six on hand.
Rennicker said he is getting about the same number of customers and making the same number of sales as usual. He noted that many customers are looking for ammunition, because the prices have been steadily increasing.
Damn, is that guy clueless or what. He’s probably seeing about the same amount of business, because his business either sucks or caters to hunters.
Ya he is a fool and is only about 15 minutes from my shop. He only does local sales (no internet) and lives in his own little world. A Stag AR is high end to him. :rolleyes:

That is it, his shop is fuddcentric. The monster run on firearms has been semi-auto weapons, specifically military styled sami-auto weapons, not 870 express with camo and an extra barrel for deer.

CNN was in VA Arms this week trying to interview people on camera and for the most part being ignored. The store owner made it clear to the interviewer that the incoming administration was good for the current business.
Something told me that he was a clueless idiot based on what he said and you just confirmed it.
I know there was a smiley there Grant, but I have read enough posts by military and LE personnel to know they will follow orders when they’re given, regardless of how any of us may feel about the constitutionality of those orders. The orders will be viewed as lawful because it is nearly impossible to make the case otherwise. And I can assure everyone this administration will ensure the orders are viewed as lawful. So you will be outside the law, if you refuse to submit.
I think everyone needs to soberly reflect on that. The guy you’re taking on may be the guy that stood next to you in that carbine class 3 months ago. I just don’t find any of this even remotely amusing.
Oh I am sure that they view their “orders” as legit, but they would not be as I simply stated the my opinion.
There is no such thing as a bloodless revolution. If Obama pushes too far, blood will be spilled (on both sides). If a federal agent follows the order to crush the first or second ammendment then I will fight for my rights.

Then we can say that the Branch Davidians and Timothy McVeigh will be in good company, because you will be lumped right in with them as an enemy of the state. I just want to make sure everyone here is clear on that point.
I have no fear about Pat Rogers or Larry Vickers, etc as they all have common sense and will most likely be on my side.
What we are talking is about your inability to question the President of the United States and your ability to own guns. Trust me when I say that I will NOT be the only one looking to defend what is ours.

I think people might be reading to much into what I am saying. What I am SPECIFICALLY talking about is that you have lost the freedom of speech and there is a door to door gun confiscation. Believe me when I say that there will be THOUSANDS of others that fire the first shot before me.
