For the dealers, industry insiders and gatherers of secrets in the audience, is G-Code going to release a VP-9 holster any time soon? Has anyone tried their P-30 holster with the VP-9? Frustratingly I haven’t found anything on this topic and would appreciate any insight from the masses.
There was a lot of talk about holsters in that super long VP9 thread. You can open that thread, and use the search thread tool to help you find specific info that you are looking for. Some said that certain P30 holsters fit and others did not. I have one from RCS. I also ordered one from Griffon Ind., but I havent seen it yet.
Copy all. I did get a set of holsters from Bravo Concealment, but still need an RTI holster from G-Code. The P30 holster may work, but the issue of retention has me concerned. Thanks for the information!!

They make holsters with rti hangers with or without wml. I have 2 (g19 & vp9) and they are made well and ran them thru a class without a hiccup.

Did you get the wml? I like that you can use the holster without a wml by inserting the bar. Granted you still have the bulk but it’s a nice option if you don’t want to buy multiple holsters. i got the hex cuts on the first holster from them and wish I didn’t. The hex cuts are purely cosmetic and can really snag on stuff.
I did not order the holster for the WML, but that feature does sound intriguing. Also I didn’t get the hex cuts and your statements echo my concerns regarding snagging on things etc. I am looking forward to trying this holster out and hope that it arrives before the quoted 2-3 week lead time, but with the holidays it may even take longer.
I will definitely share my thoughts on the holster and plan on doing a mini-review/retention test. Hopefully it will provide some base line data to assist others in making the same decision. Thank you again for the lead on this holster!!
All my orders have averaged 5-6 weeks with OTG. Hopefully yours will be quicker. Kydex holsters have taught me patience due to the long lead times with just about everyone.
That will most likely be the case and I have mentally prepared for the wait, but I will be tickled if it arrives prior to five weeks. How is the retention on yours when exposed to running, different shooting positions etc?
Rob at OTG is good to go IMO. Great products too
The retention on mine adjustable via 2 screws/bushings and so far no issues. I’m not high speed so I’m not doing cartwheels and diving under cars. It has positive retention for running and different positions but not so tight that the holster pulls my belt up during my draw. You can dial it down that tight if you want though. If I have time I’ll post some pics but I doubt I’ll get to it this week.
VP9 INCOG is in the works. No ETA from G Code when though.
In the meantime I am using a Contact Concealment Strut holster with an INCOG clip on it. Put Velcro on the back side so when the INCOG becomes available, I will just use this as a dedicated Velcro holster.
