G-Code holster question

I am in the market for a new holster for a war belt. I really like the G-Code OSH line of holsters, my question is I have both a glock 19 and 22 and a friend told me to buy the holster to fit the 17/22 size and that my 19 will run just fine in it also. Will this work fine?

I believe the retention lies in the trigger guard, so I think it should be fine. I’ve heard some holster makers say that their models will work so I would think so. Also, if you want to run a WML, they should be releasing a WML model of the OSH soon.

I’d contact the manufacture first thing on something like that. I’m sure the answer isn’t universal.

The G-Code holster for a G17 will work with a 19 no problem. I just got a 19 and I was happy to find out I don’t need any new holsters.

The retention is on the trigger guard.

I have one OSH for my Glock 17 and another OSH for my Glock 34 and they are interchangeable, except that the Glock 34 sticks out slightly below the holster that is meant for the Glock 17. I’ve tried a Glock 19 in my OSH holster for a Glock 17 and it works just fine.

But if you do have any questions, give them a call. They are very helpful. I had some questions when I was looking into G-Code holsters and they were very helpful, particularly with getting the right attachments for how I wanted to set up my belt.

Interesting. I just ordered a Safariland SLS holster that can accommodate a Surefire X300. I know their SOC holsters can accommodate the weapon mounted light, but I chose to go with the Safariland and get the RTI adapter.

Yeah, I’m trying to be patient but I see more of them popping up on Facebook and here even. They look good, and I am definitely a fan of the RTI platform as well as the two OSH holsters that I have now. A few weeks ago they said most Glock and M&P models were done for X300’s and TLR-1’s, and 1911s were on the way IIRC. The last post in the first line belts thread has one I believe. They also said an XST version is on the way I believe.

I just ordered the Safariland over the weekend. It’s supposed to come in later this week. Looking forward to testing it out.
