Fulton Armory Lower Receiver Problem

I bought two stripped Fulton Armory lowers in 5.56 and have since built one up. I didn’t get the roll pins in as smoothly as I could have, but that’s not the problem. The problem is the selector lever. It does not sit flush with the receiver and will hardly budge. This is the second selector lever I have tried and the second or third detent. Neither problem has effectively been addressed. Now I am wondering what to do with the other lower, as they are consecutive serial #s and will likely have the same problem. Is this an FAR problem?

first thing i would try would be to use another grip. the channel for the spring and detent might be too shallow. that would account for it being tougher to flip. not sure what you mean about not sitting flush…an out of spec grip probably wouldn’t account for that

it might be your lower. contact the manufacturer once you’ve isolated the issue and are sure its the lower.

Did you call Fulton?

I haven’t called, but the emails I have sent have not been returned. I suppose a phone call is in order.

So without speaking ill about any manufacturers, has this problem ever been addressed by anyone and how was it fixed?
