Yesterday I shot in a combat shoot competition at Fort Bragg. Had a great time, really an amazing training aid to show me what I needed to work on (reaction hand pistol). Anyway a friend got some video of me at a few of the stages so I thought I would throw up his video. Video

I have heard some great things about the matches at Bragg. I need to get out and shoot a few of them.
Great video! I liked the fact that the person was shadowing you through the stair well and over the top while you climbed. That weak handed shooting looked pretty tough, well done!

One question:
You have your mags arranged bullets away from the centerline.
I understand some like a beer-can grip but how does that work if you have to do a mag change from the prone?

It works real well, I just have to roll just barely to my strong side, I find that the beer can grip is a lot more dependable for me, especially on the move.

This looks like a lot of fun, and it’s just inside driving distance. I’m going to try for the next one.

You can supply your own if you have it, otherwise there is loaners at each stage.
