Form 4 Address Question

I’m selling a suppressor and filling out the required form 4, but have a question regarding Sections 3a. and 3d.

I own a home which is my technical/legal residence for the time being, but I’m going to be renting it out very soon as I now live in a different city for school. I’m not sure when I’ll be submitting a “change of address” for the residence I’ll be living at for the duration of my school work.

Anyone know which of the 3 following options would be correct for my living situation?

3a. - Address where I’m actually living right now
3d. - Address of my home that I’m going to rent out

OR

3a. - Address of my home that I’m going to rent out
3b. - Address where I’m actually living right now

OR
Just fill in 3a. with the address I’m living at right now and be done

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Where is your mail going to go? Since you are renting the property out, you still own it. But, if it were me I would pu where I am actually going to be located.

Yeah, I think I had better just put the address where I’m actually going to be living…and not my home that I’ll be renting.

My mail is still going to my home…but I’ll need to get that changed over once it’s rented.
