do form1’s have a time limit that they have to be sent in before after being signed off on by a CLEO?
i have a krink kit that i bought a while back that i filled out the form1 for and had it signed back in feb but just now got around to getting a receiver for it so that i could list the serial# on the form.
Based on a conversation I had with an Examiner last year, the Form 1 must be processed by the NFA Branch within 12 months from the date on the actual Form. I would not wait too much longer……
