I need some help here. I am going to start the process of SBRing a lower reciever, and dont know which form to go with. I have easy access to the Chief of Police(my neighbor) and he would be more than willing to sign my forms for me. Would this be the way to go, or should I get it engraved? Which form do I need? Where can I get a package with print cards, the form I need, and any other paperwork thats neccessary? Thanks in advance.

so form 1 can be signed by the chief leo? No engraving needed?
Form 1’s must be engraved. Cheif of police signs for both Form 1’s and 4’s.
Example: You currently own a receiver and you want to make it into a SBR, have cheif of police sign your form 1 send in paperwork and get it engraved…
Example 2: You buy a factory new SBR, take form 4 to cheif and he signs that and you do not have to engrave it…
