I’m talking about the part where they put the pirates in an inflatable boat and shoved them off the fantail.

I did not see anything in the article that says this. the closest thing I could find was this:

I’ll bet they’re shark meat by now.
I think this was done in the North Sea, not the Gulf of Aden. Reading between the lines, it sounds like the Russians just “disappeared” the pirates.
Maybe the Black Sea or Caspian Sea?
