Not much out there for holsters for the FNX 45 (standard model) with light mounted…
Picking mine up next week, and looking for advice. I’m considering a drop leg set up, anticipating the weight, 2lbs unloaded + 15 rounds of .45ACP + WML. I have visions of it flopping around running drills. Is drop leg overkill? It will be a range/class/self defense pistol.
I’ve emailed Blade-Tech and Safariland, BT wasn’t much help, and still waiting to hear from Safariland. Other options are custom kydex: TR Holsters (I have one for my Sig with WML, nice but a bit narrow at the throat making re-holster a bit more difficult), also looked at Dara Holsters:here https://www.daraholsters.com/light-bearing-drop-off-set-duty-holster/ , which is where Im leaning now. Briefly looked at G-Code RTI as well, but they don’t appear to offer anything for the FNX 45.
Any FNX/FNP 45 owners with some suggestions?
