Need to source M240B, M249 Para’s etc. – hoping to get a 'best cost" and delivery timetable - CONUS for Army contract in Iraq.

Your post is a little unclear to me.
If DOD is buying them as GFE, then of course mil sales would be the route to go and the unit could purchase them under a blanket pricing policy… much cheaper than other mechanisms of purchase.
If it is a corporate buy, the Co. better have someone well versed in ITAR (and any vendor or mechanism) can be used, to handle this.
I’ve only dealt with FN USA(for actual purchases), FNH(Belgium) is a different beast entirely. The FN guys aboard here would be able to amplify.
It is for EODT’s TWISS sites – they (we) buy the gear and ship over to Iraq – part of EODT’s theory on making it harder to replace them on a contract is to have the contract demand that the company must supply all the vehicle, radios and weapons. Hard to mobilize for a replacement without a lot of stuff sitting around.
EODT has ITAR folks who do this full time, I just am trying to find names etc to speed this along so I can get out and do my thing, rather than sit behind paperwork and muse what it would be like if the teams had their proper assortment of weapons.
