I am looking to upgrade so it is time to let this one go. I am the original owner and have had it for 6 years. It has the original 24" barrel with 1:12 twist and shoots very well. The rifle is in excellent mechanical condition and has given me zero issues. It does have a few cosmetic handling and use marks but do dings in the metal or on the stock. I have put right around 600 rounds through the rifle. A little more than half of those rounds have been suppressed, through a Silencer Co. Specwar 762.
Since I purchased the rifle, I have:
- replaced the stock with a McMillan A4 with adjustable LOP & cheek piece
- added the FN bottom metal with two magazines (1x5 round & 1x10 round)
- added a Seekins SRS rail for a bipod
Then, I took the rifle to Helix (a local gunsmith in Imperial, MO) to have:
the muzzle threaded 5/8 x 24 and add an Silencer Co. ASR muzzle brake
install an oversized bolt knob
bed the action in the stock
Asking for $1,400 for the rifle, + I cover shipping, to your FFL.
