Just bought a FN PBR XP. Have not done anything to it except give it a good cleaning and put it back up. Trying to decide on a scope and mounts. Anyone have experience with Kahles scopes?
Is there anything I can do, or should be done, to the rifle to make it a better gun? I mean as in not too expensive. Scope will be bad enough. Would like to be able to use as a hunting rifle. Mainly deer. Would imagine most shots will be <200yds. We have some massive fields that a shot could easily be at that range or longer. What is/are my best all around choice(s)?
I have very little experience with bolt guns and am a nOObie.
