Hello everyone. I am installing a 3 prong retro flash hider and was wondering the proper way to install it. I bought the flash hider and a crush washer. How tight do I spin it on? What direction for the washer? Thank you.

IIRC, the 3-prong flash hider used a split ring lock washer to install.
How much tension is required on it? There are no notches to grab a hold of.
There are several different tools available that twist the 3 prong from the inside.
