i know daniel defense has a 12.0 rail for hte carbine with a fsb cutout, but i don’t think anyone has one for a middy.
TDI arms has a FSB mount that places a picatinny rail in front of the FSB, but i’m not sure it looks very rugged.
i want to run the X300 at 12 o clock, as it seems to be the way to go.

Best way? Shave your gas block, get a full length rail, and use a rail mounted front sight from LMT behind the light. But it sounds like you want to keep the FSB?
Here’s a couple threads…

how’s my accuracy going to be with a front sight mounted to a free float tube?
this is kind of a do-all gun.
using full length rails seems to be the way to go lately though.
