I got a call a few minutes ago that my lower is Cerakoted. I’ll pick it up next week. I’ve got to get a LPK. I’m thinking about a Spikes. I’m thinking about an ALG trigger. I’ll need a grip and stock and will probably go with Magpul. So, what am I missing? Is there anything else to finish a lower that I’m having a senior moment and missing?
Receiver extension, buffer & spring, castle nut & end plate.

Colt lower pack from Grant is always a popular recommendation. If you are set on a spikes though you can find them with or without trigger groups
I second the Colt LPK from G&R, and the ALG ACT triggers.
Grips and stocks are all personal preferences. I like the BCM mod 3 grip and Magpul FCS stock.
Have you thought about a Magpul trigger guard? Ambi safeties like the BAD-CASS or the AXTS Talon?
I can only find one listing for a LPK on G&R and it is out of stock and gives no information at all. I can’t find a Colt LPK on the site. I’m planning on an oversized trigger guard, probably Magpul. I am not at all ambi so not sure about that.

For the end plate, I recommend a SLAP end plate. Even if you don’t want a single-point sling right now, it’ll save you from changing out the end-plate later, once you’ve staked your castle nut.
Brownells also has a LPK with an ALG-ACT trigger in it.
