I got my prints done at the PA state police today. My first card the prints are very dark the 2nd card they are pretty much perfect. I looked under a magnifier on the dark ones and can see all the deltas, loops etc. To the naked eye in the wrong light they just look full on black. Should I be worried? He said you can see everything that is needed and double check with the clearer one (to the naked eye)
You should probably trust them since they fingerprint people on a regular basis.
