AFTERMATH is a film from 2017 starring Arnold Schwarzenegger that had been released direct to video. I think this film, the acting, the camerawork, sets, musical score, are all underrated and this film deserves a chance. I am not saying it should’ve won an Oscar, but I feel AS’s and McNairy’s portrayals of dealing with grief and despair and trauma deserve a chance. Note, it is NOT uplifting nor full of action. I first saw this on a shelf at a Tesco while on holiday in early 2018, and bought a cheapie DVD to watch while caravanning In GB. Right now you can find it on Amazon Prime Video, however I liked it so much I’ve bought another copy on NA coded BluRay so I can watch it here in the US. Just wanted to share.
