Filling out Forms for LRT now, few questions.

Looking on Amazon they have the last 4 versions available. Which one has the forms I need for the Living Revocable Trust?

Evidently they have removed trust materials from Willmaker and Plus. Now it appears you need this product which is substantially more expensive. http://www.amazon.com/Nolo-LTM3-Living-Trust-Maker/dp/B002VSPDK6/ref=sr_1_6?s=software&ie=UTF8&qid=1277586734&sr=1-6

If I were doing it now and going to have a lawyer review it, I think I’d go with Willmaker Plus 2009 for 20 something bucks and let your lawyer tell you if it doesn’t make the grade. If you just want to fill out the forms and go it alone better go with the “new and improved” version in the link.

I found a copy of Willmaker 2009 that my Dad has. I’m filling out the forms now and I’m at the part where it’s asking me to list all property. What do I put here? I don’t own a house, car is still being paid for and my only other net worth is my collection.

Do I want to list my collection there and itemize it or just be general?

Most anything will work. I listed my receiver, but books, coins any real property will work. If it’s a titled property you’ll need to properly and legally transfer it to your trust. Personally I chose to keep my RLT simple and the attorney that checked it was good with it.
