Yes. ATF allows you to run an FFL out of your home. Where you get into restrictions is your local city and county. It usually comes down to foot traffic, waste and product sales with your city at a home. Some citys allow paying for transfers only and not products or services. Its different in every city/state. I had to get a special allowance from my citys zoning office to have a manufacturers FFL in a residential area but it can be done.
