Good news. Joe Biden’s ATF seems hell bent on turning law abiding citizens into felons overnight. **** 'em. They should go after actual criminals and leave the rest of us alone, or even better yet they should be abolished.
The Biden administration does not believe in criminal prosecution (political prosecution is another matter) but they do believe that the AFT should be going after guns rather than bad actors. Presumably the AFT agrees as it can be considerably more dangerous to apprehend hardened criminals vs people who have committed process crimes.
Garland will go to SCOTUS and ask for a stay, and probably get it. The words of Winston Wolf still ring true.
With the bump-stock ruling today, I’m not so sure he will!

ETA: I will also say if you are one of the 300K who decided a “free” registration was the correct answer, you too are part of the problem.

Actually since October I think it was when the first injunction got placed manufacturers started selling pistols with braces on them again. I would say go for it.
They should be abolished.
Those who engage in rights violations/their enablers need to be punished.
