Federal Engineering XC

General Firearms Other Semi-Automatic Rifles

I was watching Troma’s War (a smorgasboard of obscure 80s guns) and the girl with the baby uses this SMG. I know absolutely nothing about it other than it looks cheap, crude, was made in the 80s, and takes UZI/M11 mags.

Cursory googling shows that semi auto models exist. I have never seen one in real life. Has anyone here seen or shot one?

Does anyone know about Federal Engineering?

In the '00s-'10s everybody was on about making the latest AR15 but in the '80s everybody went off the rails trying to make some SMG. SMGs were popular then.

Thanks in advance

Man, I remember those from the 80s. They were always listed in the back section of Gun Digest where it catalogued all manufacturers and models. I have never seen one in the flesh. I always wondered about the existence of transferable fullauto Federal Engineering models.
