Seeing the yellow banner up top, would it be worth the effort to get the banner-cluster in still usable hot-link form on the ‘Undergoing Maintenance’ and other pages?
I know for my part if I’m trying to go here, the next best thing is perusing site sponsor sites, and I’m sure the click-through isn’t a bad thing.
