I am having some problems with my rifle not returning to battery after suppressed fire. It only happens on occassion and I have changed out the buffer and spring and keep the BCG well lubed (rifle length tube, rifle buffer, wolf spring). The upper is a Noveske recon barrel and a BCM upper receiver. Problems did not occur prior to shooting with my M4-2000.
I thought a fail zero BCG might be worth a shot; however, I am concerned since the rifle has a timney trigger and I can not swith the hammer out for the fail zero part. Do you guys think the BCG will damage the untreated hammer on the Timney? Thanks in advance
I used Fail Zero BCGs without using their hammer, including a Wilson Combat TTU that I’m testing right now. No problems at all.
