The agenda is crystal clear, prepping children for lives of unfettered deviancy…

Coon told Fox News that her daughter was upset by the classroom lecture and was confused about why she had to ask another girl for a kiss.

“She told me, ‘Mom, we all get teased and picked on enough – now I’m going to be called a lesbian because I had to ask another girl if I could kiss her,’” Coon said.

She said the school told her that the purpose of the lesson was to “teach girls boundaries and how to say no.”

“They also picked two girls to stand in front of the class and pretend they were lesbians on a date,” Coons said.

Paul Finch, the superintendent of the Red Hook Central School District, told the Poughkeepsie Journal that the workshop focused on “improving culture, relationships, communication and self-perceptions.”

He told the newspaper those were issues the school was obligated to teach under the state’s Dignity for All Students Act.

The state law requires schools to create a safe and supportive environment free from discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment and bullying, the newspaper reported.

This is insane. Fucking insane…

I live across the Hudson River from this school, and I have a small child. We’re looking to either relocate, or get majorly involved in politics and tear this sucker down.

Either way, I have 0 problem with teaching children to be tolerant. I think it’s actually very important. As do I think that teaching a child how to deal with a bully is also very important.

What I don’t agree with is “educational programing” that presents issues to students that they more then likely have never come up against (like a lesbian couple).

Address issues as they come up…

The special health class was held last week at Linden Avenue Middle School in Red Hook, NY. The students were separated by gender – with students from Bard College leading the workshops.

Parents are especially furious after their young daughters were told that it was perfectly normal for 14-year-old girls to have sex and there was nothing their parents could do to intervene.

The boys and girls were also given a sexual vocabulary primer – that included words like “pansexual” and “genderqueer.”

“I am furious,” said Mandy Coon, whose daughter was in the class. “I am her parent. Where does anyone get the right to tell her that it’s okay for her to have sex?”

I’m pretty curious who the individual was that thought it was a good idea to let “Bard College Students” lead a discussion on sexual education? That’s basically telling an intern they can lead the discussion.

I thought it might come to something like this. First there was tolerance, and now…out of control advocacy for “alternative” lifestyle preferences. This is well and truly fucked beyond belief. I need to do more research on this school. Is it some sort of experiment???

He is also the founder and has been the executive director of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN). He made my radar when a buddy of mine told me about one of his “lesson plans” that explained fisting in graphic detail to children.

Which is why they work so hard to create laws that restrict and penalize those who don’t submit themselves to their agenda.

It seems to me that our school system is damned if they do, damned if they don’t.

It is the job of parents to teach their children about moral values, religion, and sexuality. A job parents, generally (not always) spectacularly fail at. When these selfsame parents then learn that their children are having sex, doing drugs, stealing stuff, &c., then they cry foul about how the school system is failing their children.

Failing their children, because the schools are not teaching their children what they, as parents, are supposed to be teaching them. The school cannot make parents do their jobs adequately, and the kids have to be taught this shit, anyway… so that leaves the school to do it. And because parents all have radically different ideas about what their children should be taught and how they should be taught it, it inevitably leads to outrage about how the school is doing it: That it is doing it at all, that it goes too far or not far enough, &c.

Outrage that is always directed at the school and not at the parents failing to do their jobs, so the school can do theirs (reading, writing, arithmetic, preparing students for college and the work force). Ultimately, the schools still get tasked with teaching this crap because the parents are still going to fail to teach it to their children, so they simply reorganize it, rename it, come up with something that’s less offensive but probably about as useful and successful as, say, DARE.

And if they simply do away with these programs? Then parents get upset again when their (perfect, flawless, without sin) children are having sex and doing drugs and stealing stuff (and it’s always the fault of someone else’s child and the school system). Which puts us right back where we started.

If Parents would just be responsible enough to teach their children what’s right and what’s wrong, the schools wouldn’t have to…I chose to take mine out of the public school system. It’s costing me an arm and a leg, but think it’s worth it.

So let them fail… that’s who it should be. People should not be so reliant on society and by extension the schools to step in and fix their mistakes for them. It’s just more nanny state BS trying the guarantee equal outcomes for all.
