To get away, a trespassing suspect sics 2 Phoenix cops on a non-combatant.

The Phoenix cops attack the guy who is deaf and has cerebral palsy.

Cop gets injured while attacking the disabled guy and claims he got bit.

Cops lie on reports and in court.

Maricopa judge says the case against the disabled victim can move forward.
