Classic NYC: Violent criminals who was arrested over 40 times (!!!), broke an older womans nose, tried to kidnap a little girl, attempted to push someone onto train tracks, etc, gets on subway and tells everyone he’s going to kill them. Passengers restrain criminal, one (an ex Marine) put him in a choke hold, and criminal dies. In classic NYC fashion, supporting the Rights of criminals over citizens, charges now filed and man arrested:
DA Bragg is doing a great job cleaning up the city of former Marines and ex-presidents to make it safe for all.
Let it be known that if you’re white and defend you are going to prison while if you are black you get put back into general population for being a menace to society…
Its 2023…DO NOT intercede period. Average joe citizen is not responsible for the behavior or safety of others. Especially irrational crazies whose range of responses is wildly unpredictable.
Protect yourself and family by removing yourself from potential situations as soon as possible.

If the jury includes anyone who who rides the subway or has family, particularly wives or daughters, that ride the subway I doubt (hopeful doubt) that Bragg will get a conviction.

I have found articles indicating Neely was being a loud and obnoxious asshole at the time he was choked out, but not seeing anything about his making death threats. Where is that info?

Reminds me of the recent Tucker video on Twitter were he said something to the effect that the media will technically be right on a particular point but by omission of other related points they’re actually lying and manipulating their audience.

The fundraiser is over $1.5 million as of right now. Thinking about throwing some cash that way myself. If three strangers are motivated enough to try and restrain someone in a public space in freaking NYC, there obviously was a clear and present danger to the people on that subway. Very much a case where the Left wants the populace too scared of harming a protected class to even defend themselves, same as with the Antifa/BLM riots. This must be stopped.
