Hi guys, I’m trying to decide between the 2 power ACOG TA47-2 or an Eotech for my new Sig 556R 7.62x39. I’m cross eye dominate so I have to keep one eye closed therefore the BAC won’t work for me.
The TA47 has a 29.5’ field of view at 100 yards. Is this acceptable?
I like that it has a slight magnification. I haven’t ever tried the triangle reticule so I cant speak to that.
I like the Eotech because it has a larger field of view and it has a basic ranging capability with the 65 MAO circle. At this point I’m not interested in a magnifier.
Any comments or advice?
