Eotech Customer Service?

I have been calling and leaving messages and emailing Eotech CS for a month and still no response is this normal or am I just unlucky?

I just had a 2 year old 517 go TU. emailed them for an RMA, they responded in less than 12 hours. I shipped them the unit, they fixed under warranty and had it back to me 5 days later.

That is what I have heard… good CS… and yet I sent emails and left messages starting a month ago… I just sent them another email today and will call again tomorrow.:frowning: Hopefully it is a temporary curse;)

We sent them a unit for repair which they had for over a YEAR. We never got it back. They claimed it was lost in shipping on the return. They shipped it uninsured.

Did they replace it, or how did they resolve this?
