Package includes original box, flat head mounting screw, and allen head mounting screw, as well as appropriate allen wrench, if for some reason you want to use those instead.
There isn’t a high round count through it (probably less than 1000, but I don’t know for sure), and I haven’t dropped or abused it. Glass is in excellent condition, as is the exterior. Has been back to the factory once for cleaning from a battery leak. Has worked excellently since…I moved to a T-1 for my AR, so this one has been sitting on the shelf in need of a good home.
