EOTECH 517.A65 QUESTIONS?

I was looking at the eotech website saw the 517.a65 http://www.eotech-inc.com/product.php?id=27&cat=2
My question is with the 7mm raised base does this allow it to cowitness the Iron sight on the lower 1/3 ?
I really dont want to use any risers.
And dont want to use arms throw levers.

I have the 557 with the same raised base. It allows for lower 1/3 cowitness so you shouldnt have a problem.
