I’m constantly amused by the rantings of these subhuman POS. They think all white people are pussies but you may note that they choose their victims very carefully in most instances. This works for Democrats and against us because we lose faith in government and society. That causes people on our side to participate less in government because things get so extreme people give up. That plays into the left’s hand who thinks they can fix these problems with more government. So our side sits at home while they’re out destroying society.
It would help the political process if the people we vote in to represent us actually did the job. Bad representation is probably the main reason many people check out of the political system.
Perhaps, but the crux of the problem is this. For starters when you have 300 million people all screaming for something different actual representation goes out the window because it is impossible to fully represent so many different views. SO, given this reality for government to function at any level deemed acceptable it can only exist in a limited and constrained form. Anything more than that and you get what we have today, dysfunction to the extreme. Everyone wants, wants, and wants some more but it is not the function of government to play Santa Claus and give, give, and give and keep expanding the intrusion of government into the lives of the collective us.

Marijuana smoking is a good indication that a person will become a violent drug addict, but smoking cigarettes and or lots of tattoos is an even better indication, so let’s not go “there” on pre-crime BS. However, I don’t think the Arab model’s success in reducing property crime is even debatable anymore. Libertarians generally speaking would like to see less truly bad people in prison and more in pine boxes. One of the best things we could do is ban women from having custody of children if the father is alive, as only sole-custody single-fathers and widowed mothers are statistically provably able to raise normal children on a solo basis. Good luck convincing feminists or manginas of this, as math is a known tool of patriarchal oppression.

My grandfather was a swell guy, worked 7 days a week for 30 years as a family doctor. A ****ing Mexican field-worker nut job he treated shot and killed him in his office over no money. If you don’t shoot back and win, the answer to your life’s work is going to be “thank you for your service to humanity, now you and your family can go **** yourselves.”

This article tries to claim that 86% of prisoners are incarcerated for non-violent crimes such as drug possession and jay walking. The problem with their statistics is that the numbers reflect only federal prisoners which make up 12% of the prison population in the US. The lion share of prisoners in the US are incarcerated for State crimes and 53% of those are violent felons (http://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/p11.pdf).
The only reason to use such deceiving statistics is to make the uneducated believe that our prisons are full of good citizens whose only crime is recreational drug use. In reality, nothing could be further from the truth. Our prisons, especially state penitentiaries, are made of criminals who look a lot like the guy in video, and we would all be better off if they never took another free breath. Sadly, our prison population has started to decline over the past 2 years (largely due to funding shortages) while the number of sociopaths is increasing. Granted most of those being prematurely released are non-violent offenders, but this is not always the case.
It’s a revolving door that shouldn’t be revolving for a lot of them. I know many people who work in state and county correctional institutions. Some of the animals they warehouse just need to be put down. Unfortunately a felony used to mean a crime punishable by death, IE rape, armed robbery, murder. Now it means you admitted to a cop you and your girlfriend/boyfriend were talking with raised voices, around here they’ll arrest anyone they can get to admit to their “crimes.” Like you said, budgets are tight, I don’t know why they don’t focus on making sure actually violent people (as in beat or killed someone) stay in jail instead of being released after a decade or so with “good behavior” for murdering someone in cold blood. Those murderers that escaped in AZ a few years ago originated from a private prison originally designed to hold low level DUI offenders.
Chaotic single mother households mint a new crop of sociopaths every day, those women beat the crap out of their kids because they have no ability to parent and the kids learn real good that’s how you do things, no right like the right of might. Drug use and violence are just symptoms of a society that has major problems. Drug war is over, drugs kicked our asses, time to mothball the MRAP’s, anal probes and SWAT teams, anyone who wants to get high, is getting high. I can’t even buy a can of compressed air that doesn’t smell like a skunk to blow out the keyboards at work. Game over man.
