I’m configuring a middy and am thinking about adding an Elzetta Bravo AVS with the 650 lumen head as my WML. I have an Alpha that I pocket carry and have been happy with it. As a frame of reference I have several P2X Furys and X300Us as WMLs on other guns. I’ve taken these to Pat Mac’s low light classes and they’ve performed as expected. I’ve been happy with the SureFires so no specific reason to change other than to try something new. Use will be as a home defense platform as I’m not an LEO or MIL.
Any reason not to try the Bravo and stay with the Fury? Thanks!
I have that exact light on my middie. Money very well spent IMHO.
Better all around beam than the SF 300 Scout a buddy has on his rifle, although its not a apples to apples comparison as far as intensity is concerned.
No blue tint. Stronger and wider beam. I highly recommend Elzetta.
Just ordered tonight the Elzetta Bravo B333. Been researcing for the last few weeks. Can’t imagine anything better based on the specs and construction, plus it’s USA made. Optional universal fit tail caps is a huge feature IMO.
They really don’t feel like a flashlight in hand, because the electronics are potted, you can feel that it’s a hollow cylinder - the feel is more like the grip of a full-tang, heavy duty knife, just solid throughout.
