The VA map was already stayed by the same judge who ruled it unconstitutional prior to the election. This one is going back to the VASC who previously ruled that the issue wasn’t ripe yet because it hadn’t been approved.
But yes, FL will be redistricting this weekend and should easily net a very clean 4 seats unless they’re total pussies but DeSantis would end his political career if he took the cowards way out with only a 2/3 seat pickup. Honestly Ive seen very clean maps using the 2020 vote totals that would pick up 5 (4 definite + 1 swing leaning Rep) that pass FL constitutional muster. But save that for 2028 or they can just go all out after reapportionment in 2030 and make it a CA/VA style wipe out.
