The Eagle Industries Combat Integrated Releasable Armor System (C.I.R.A.S.) is now the armor carrier of choice for USSOCOM (BALCS-R). The C.I.R.A.S. vest incorporates a single release cable (Patent Pending) that makes the assembly process easier than it’'s predecessors.
Never been used, no soft or hard armor, just the carrier
there’s some “fuzzing” on the inside where the velcro hook internal cumberbund rubbed against it. The second pic shows where there’s two spots on the same side of the external cumberbund where the pals stitching came apart only half way. Still usable to mount pouches. Eagle said they would fix it. I just don’t have the time to send it to them. I’m selling since it won’t fit me and I’m running a plate carrier.
