Im in need of a chest rig for my M1a, will the standard 3 mag Eagle chest rig for the AK fit a single 20 round 7.62x51 mag?

If some one could steer me into the right direction for a good quality chest rig for 7.62 that doesnt have a whole lot of extra pockets Id be very thankful. Thanks for any help guys.

The AK pouch is too deep and not wide enough, you’ll need this.

Although for the best rig, you might think about adding dedicated 7.62 pouches to a bare Molle Chest rig, expensive route, but should fill your needs precisely.
I wasnt too worried about them being deep Magpuls can make up for that in some instances, I was more concerned with them being too narrow. Ya I saw that SKD rig, I just think it might be more than I need. I guess I probably will just do the pouches on a all Molle rig. Thanks for the imput.

Okay, so Im a tard. I thought Eagle didnt make the M14 chest rig anymore, the one with 4 mag pouches with a pistol mag pouch on each side. So I did more diging on Eagles site, low an behold I found the rig I had in my head…

Its a good price aswell, I did wish it had removeable shoulder straps but looks like it’ll work fine.
