e-Form 1 Adding document issue?

Having a problem attaching files. I pick the proper heading (Trust), browse through my documents select the document that I wish to upload (Trust), fill out the description, hit add, then it processes and nothing happens it just resets my screen and wipes everything clean…Nothing shows in the files added box below?

It is a PDF file, less then 3 MB and I get no other error msgs it just does not show in the added box?

Can anyone help? What am I doing wrong?

NVM, I found the answer on that site before nvm.

You good? I helped somebody last night that was having the same (or at least is sounds like it) issue.

Yessir Waylon! I read your post in that thread and it squared me away. Thank your sir I was about to through a $1500 computer through the wall.

Same fix? Upload some other document first and then the trust attached?

If so…that’s just weird. No explanation.
