I have a jpoint optic I was thinking of putting on a 1911 for target work, and don’t like the JPoint mount. I was wondering if the Burris Fastfire, which seems to bring the sight closer to the slide and such, would work with the JPoint optic, or if I have to bite the bullet and buy the Burris?
