DPMS LR308 Help?

I am having major mag issues with my new DPMS LR308. I live in Cali so i can only have 10 rounds and i currently have 1 Pmag that has been blocked to 10 rounds.

My issue is the bolt is dragging on the rounds causing it to not shut the whole way…this mainly happens when i try to chamber the first round. If i try one round or even two it works. but if i go to three it’s a no go…the first round won’t chamber.

Is it the mag? is it the bolt? is it just because it is new?

CMMG lower
10 round blocked pmag

People here mainly don’t like dpms. I have one and so far I still want to shoot it lol. Anyways, maybe the bullet button latch needs to be tightened. Mine needed to be adjusted because when I pushed in the release it hung up a little on the other side and the magazine didn’t stop where it was suppose to. if u look at the bullet button you can see a groove on each side, tighten it up maybe your magazine is going past the catch “thing” hehe I am happy with mine i have a free bushnell scope someone gave me and my first time out I shot 2 rounds and they were almost in each other holes and I’m by no means a good shot. good luck
