Been searching for months for 00 Buck for a 16ga.
Does anyone produce a 00Buck for 16ga and if so whom?

That is kinda odd, the only thing I can recall seeing is #1 Buck.
Have you considered that 00-buck might not ‘stack right’ in a cylinder sized at 16 gauge?
Someone did the math and even provided drawings for why 12 and 20 gauge shot comes grouped the way it does, almost all the way down this page.
I reread the link multiple times and believe me I have no friggin idea of what I read, maybe all the olives I have had this afternoon.

As you I have seen many #1 buck and never understood why only for .12 and .20 for .00 The link you provided from shotgunworld probably is the key. Will need to study further.

As far as I know, 16 ga. is only available in #1 buck, 16 pellet load.
It probably has to do with getting the maximum amount of fairly large pellets in the hull and still have it pattern decently.
I sure as hell wouldn’t volunteer to get in the way of that payload.
