I’m thinking about purchasing some ammo that comes packaged with the rounds in stripper clips. I am just curious to know if the stripper clip guide will fit on Pmags before I buy it.
Yes, there are notches cut in the Pmags to accomodate the stripper clip guides on all my Pmags. I have used the GI stripper clip guide to load mine several times.
Yes, they work well for me on my PMags.
Yep they work fine on both older style and the revision m mags as well.
I’m not a fan of how it tears up the mag a little bit. I’ve started using the Butler creek Strip-lula loader with my stripper clips because it doesn’t scar up the mags
I agree completely on the StripLula. That’s a great device that works well with rounds on strippers or individually loaded into the device. You can attach the StripLula to the magazine and drop in ten rounds, or you can drop in a 10 round pre-loaded stripper. I bought a boat load of stripper clips and 30-round boxes off ebay for cheap. I load up the strippers in my spare time and use them for high round-count excercises where you want to spend a limited amount of time at the loading table between courses of fire. Otherwise, it’s pretty quick and easy to just use the thing without the strippers too. Works great with USGI or Pmags. Supposed to work well with all the others too, but those are the only two I have experience with.

+1 on the StripLula. Great accessory. When you use it, just make sure to hold the “base” of it securely against the magazine. You’ll know what I mean if you get and use one.![]()
I also save and reload the stripper clips during down time (i.e. watching bad TV shows).

+3 the StripLula and big +2 on making sure your holding the base.
But with the Striplula the part about being able to load extra rounds
not pre-loaded in stripper clips right there makes it worth the price.
I got a bag of used clips (all brass tabs in place) for 10 or 12 bucks
for a few hundred and like JV while watching a T.V. show or bad movie
i load up a few (on PMC tear the box tops off but leave the sides tucked in and you can load 2 loaded clips of 10 and use and reuse those boxes)
Then time at the range is spent shooting not reloading. :neo:
Guess I’ll be buying a Strip Lula at the next gun show.
